Drunk Yoga is an innovative take on traditional yoga designed for both health and entertainment.

Not everyone is a fan of the sweat and stiff focus that tends to come with a hardcore workout. But what if you could work out with a little bit of alcohol to spruce up the mood?

Walker’s approach has certainly been a hit with young adults who want to work out in a way that veers from the customary or mundane. The interactive class actually incorporates drinking games in the various poses and routines. Walker describes the experience as akin to being in a bar, while also having the ability to work on one’s fitness. There are also partner exercises if an individual feels inclined to bring a friend.
