A beloved Cincinnati site will begin to transform today.

New industry is breathing life back into Bond Hill. While what is to come may not be as exciting as a concert venue that once hosted Elvis and The Beatles, city officials believe it’s important to get Bond Hill back and moving.

Many locals watched with sadness as Cincinnati Gardens was torn down, but on the bright side, this new site can be dubbed as a second chapter for Bond Hill. While a concert venue isn’t on the agenda for the new groundbreaking, a massive manufacturing plant is. This means more jobs will be available in Bond Hill.

The plant will be 73,000 square feet. The building is the first phase of redevelopment in this area, and it’s really the first phase of invigorating the area with new business opportunities.

To celebrate the inevitable economic rise that will happen as a result of this plant, developers and city officials want citizens to be a part of this groundbreaking as well.

There is a tent set up at the old site of Cincinnati Gardens where visitors are welcome to watch the groundbreaking. The event is set to happen at 1 PM today.
