What is the secret of being one of the biggest producers/rappers in the game? Timbaland reveals his secret through his fridge and gym in his Miami mansion.

Timbaland says health is wealth and this is made abundantly clear with his well-stocked fridge of healthy foods and snacks. He loves tropical fruits and has every type of water imaginable to stay hydrated.

He says he models his diet after bodybuilders meaning a “plain Jane” diet and says you’re not eating for taste but rather for fuel to keep your body going. Timbaland relies on simple prep meals which are great for his busy schedule.

Going back on his water selection, he says that he always keeps alkaline water in his fridge adding aminos and lemon which helps him from getting sore from his workouts. It also helps to keep him hydrated for his upcoming workout sessions.

For his protein shake, he likes to use Silk almond milk, pineapples, cantaloupes, kiwis, and strawberries to give the shake a little flavor from natural sources. He also likes to add kale or baby spinach for a thicker consistency that also provides extra protein.

Diet is key in maintaining great health, but Timbaland says the gym is just as important. Going into the gym Timbaland says his goal is to look like an action-figure and that a workout is like having a morning coffee, it’s just apart of his daily routine.

He says that the key to fitness is working out with a partner that is going to motive you and having someone that believes in your goals. Timbaland says his gym partner David is always on him to keep up his goals.
