Queen Conquers The Spotify Charts

It only has a few weeks that premiered the movie of “Bohemian Rhapsody” that is about the famous British band Queen and its leader Freddie Mercury, considered one of the best singers of the twentieth century and a true legend of the rock’n’roll. This film is reaping great, blockbusters, but it has also revived in the music lists.

Thanks to the soundtrack of the film, Queen has returned and has caused her music to be a trend and surpass the famous reggaeton, positioning some of his songs in the most listened to Spotify favorites. To date, Queen carries 25 million of reproductions above the music of Shakira (24 million), Luis Fonsi, Maluma and Nicky Jam (19 million each).

In the list of reproductions highlight: ‘Bohemian Rhapsody,’ ‘Don’t Stop Me Now,’ ‘Another One Bites The Dust’ and ‘Under Pressure.’

We cannot deny that the premiere of the film has been a real world success and has managed to transport society to the eighties. It is only our turn to listen to the Cure or New order to continue soaking of the musical culture of almost forty years ago.

Even the same Queen guitarist, Brian May, wrote in his Instagram account his excitement for the success of reproductions: “These things that happen never would have thought possible. Thanks, fellas. I’m excited.”

The film hosted the premiere at the historic Wembley Stadium. A crowd followed the projection of the work with Rami Malek, the actor who plays Mercury, and the true members of Queen: guitarist Brian May and drummer Roger Taylor.
