Tesla’s flagship vehicle, the Model 3, has lost the endorsement of the magazine Consumer Reports. Though it’s just one review, it’s an important one.

The magazine gave a recommendation just nine months ago but decided to pull it because of what it says are reliability issues. Tesla responded that they have already been incorporating updates based upon feedback from drivers.

At the same time, though, Consumer Reports also says that according to a survey it made of car owners, Tesla drivers are the most satisfied with their vehicles. So I guess they like it despite the issues? Or the issues are over-sold?

Either way, Wall Street wasn’t happy about the report. Tesla shares dropped about 2% in the wake of the article.
